Lynn Borgmann, LPCC, LADC presenting on childhood experiences and co-occurring disorder.

Mental Health, Addiction, Trauma & Resiliency

Lynn Borgmann, MA, LPCC, LADC holds a master’s degree in Adlerian Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and MMBHT Clinical Supervisor.


In addition to her clinical work, Lynn is an accomplished trainer and educator who provides workshops and professional development training for professional organizations. Her approach emphasizes practical skill-building, collaboration, and the integration of mental health and substance use treatment for more effective outcomes.


Throughout her career, Lynn has been recognized for her professionalism, empathy, and ability to connect with diverse populations. She is passionate about improving access to integrated behavioral health services and about changing the language used to describe and treat substance use and mental health.


Drawing on her skills in training and mentorship, Lynn encourages professionals working with children, adolescents, and families to look beyond behavior and understand the message behind it.
