Our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
The Wellness Path is located at 513 SW 5th Street in Willmar, MN. We provide individual and family therapy in a welcoming, comfortable setting, with flexible hours that include after-school and evening sessions to meet the needs of busy families.
Our team includes two part-time Licensed Graduate Social Workers:
- Natalie Campos, who is fluent in Spanish and offers bilingual support
- Dione Wangen, who brings a special focus on trauma-informed care.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive space for healing and growth.
